individual security selection by the Fund's investment advisor, rather than general equity market movements.

The fund has a long investment thesis that concentrates its research and capital on undervalued, mid-cap publicly

traded companies chosen from a carefully-defined universe of quality industrial and consumer products and services

companies. Investsments candidates for the Fund are companies that are temporarily out-of-favor, earnings

turnaround, restructuring or takeover candidates.
